Volunteers from NMVFO enjoyed a day sawing logs on 4th of July Trail and Cerro Blanco Trail in the Manzano Mountains. The evening before, a dozen people arrived early to camp at 4th of July Campground, and David and Rifka provided dinner and breakfast.

On Saturday volunteers leap-frogged in small groups to clear small trees from the trail, often in large tangles. We also had the opportunity to remove a few large-diameter logs.
