On December 1, 2018, the New Mexico Volunteers for the Outdoors (NMVFO) had their annual Volunteer Appreciation Night, held at the First Unitarian Church social hall in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
I gave a presentation after dinner on my recent adventure on the Pacific Crest Trail.

Ute Lake State Park project with the NMVFO was the weekend of October 5-7, in far eastern New Mexico near Logan, the second year in a row at this site. Jennie was project leader, and cook!
We removed grass and plants in the trail on Saturday to define the trail, and later removed sand burrs and burned them at the campfire. Continue reading “Ute Lake State Park 2018”
