Gila Back Country Horsemen and NMVFO volunteers, and members of the new Kingston chapter of Southern NM Trail Alliance brushed 1.3 miles of the Emory Pass Scenic Trail #796 on a weekday project. We worked downhill from the pass, and then shuttled back to cars, or vice versa.
I had not been aware of this trail before. Highly recommended, great views. We still have a few miles left to lop, but the lower portion does not have such thick vegetation, and should go quicker.
